The Opportunity:
North Lincoln Hospital Foundation (SNLHF) seeks an Executive Director to lead the foundation’s fundraising efforts. This position calls for an experienced fundraising professional who wants to lead the NLHF philanthropic efforts, enjoys working with a Foundation board, and has a passion for quality healthcare.
Samaritan Health Services and the North Lincoln Hospital Foundation have retained BRYANT GROUP to manage the search for the Executive Director, North Lincoln Hospital Foundation.
Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital is a brand-new, state-of-the-art, 16-bed critical access hospital serving the north Lincoln and south Tillamook counties. It was meticulously designed with patient comfort and privacy in mind. Community excitement and philanthropic opportunities abound. This new facility replaced the one in use since 1968.

Lincoln County is designated a rural county and located on Oregon’s central coast. Located just two hours from Portland, Lincoln City is situated along seven miles of sandy beach. Residents enjoy a moderate climate with cool winters and warm summers with low humidity.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree desired. Master’s degree preferred.
- Five (5) years’ experience in a position of similar responsibility and complexity required.
- Experience or training in fundraising concepts/principles, communications/public relations, problem-solving, and budget management required.
- Proven history of successful fundraising activity.
