FCS I Focused Community Strategies is a Christian community development organization that partners with under-resourced neighborhoods to provide innovative and holistic development that produces flourishing communities where God’s Shalom is present. The Lupton Center is the consulting division of FCS. The Lupton Center works with clients across the country and around the world who are looking to learn from FCS principles and practices to create communities where everyone has a chance to flourish.

Job Description: The Lupton Center is looking for an energetic and motivated leader to serve as our Accounts Manager. The Accounts Manager will be a client care specialist who serves as the lead point of contact between our Clients and Consultants to ensure that all aspects of each contract are executed in a timely and personal manner. The Lupton Center is looking for a driven person who will thrive at building strong relationships with Clients and will enjoy overseeing the detailed operation of our client engagement process. An effective Accounts Manager will ensure  our team is fully aligned, Clients are raving fans, and we develop a growing reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact between Clients and Consultants coordinating roles and responsibilities as they relate to Client accounts
  • Build strong relationships with each Client keeping their needs and goals at the center 
  • Have a thorough knowledge of every account and executing each step with precision
  • Be able to communicate effectively about all resources and services of The Lupton Center
  • Attend all Client meetings taking carefully organized notes and reports
  • Ensure Client files are kept up to date with meeting notes, zoom recordings, reports, etc
  • Follow up with Clients and Consultants to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with consulting team to improve our systems and services
  • Carefully read, edit, format, and send proposals that are produced by Consultants
  • Create and send Service Agreements to Clients 
  • Ensure calls, meetings, and presentations are scheduled efficiently
  • Make sure invoices are sent and paid in a timely manner
  • Clearly and regularly communicate account status and progress to the Director
  • Create and oversee Client feedback surveys and support the team in improving our systems
  • Ensure curriculum or account materials get to each Client in a timely manner
  • Oversee the hosting of Client events or gatherings at FCS
  • Organize all travel logistics when Consultants visit Clients’ communities
  • Produce quarterly reports on accounts as they relate to budget and project goals

 

Skills Required:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with a sharp attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with a wide range of people who represent various professional fields, cultures, and belief systems
  • Ability to forecast potential problems or inefficiencies in a system and discover solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation skills
  • Derives energy from carefully managing details and coordinating multiple people 
  • Experience in project management and/or account management
