The Georgia Tech Alumni Association is seeking an Annual Fund Coordinator to provide project and program support for Georgia Tech’s annual fund, also known as Roll Call. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and be able to successfully complete a variety of complex tasks with minimal oversight. The candidate should have excellent customer service and communications skills and a strong attention to detail. The Annual Fund Coordinator reports to the Senior Annual Fund Manager.

Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee creation and deployment of email communications via iModules and ThankView
  • Oversee development and execution of targeted text campaigns via Mongoose Cadence
  • Generate files from Blackbaud to support broad-based donor communications
  • Utilize tools in Blackbaud CRM to track all appeals and communications touchpoints
  • Coordinate production of recurring Roll Call donor communications
  • Serve as a point of contact for Roll Call inquiries, documenting meaningful interactions with constituents
  • Review data files and proof content in support of direct marketing campaigns, update campaigns with final budget information
  • Assist with execution of tiered, multi-channel stewardship touchpoints for Roll Call donors

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; 2+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising or higher education
  • Detail oriented with strong time and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Blackbaud or other CRM systems
  • Familiarity with iModules or other mass email platforms
