Executive Director

The Bergmann Center, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, articulate and experienced leader to serve as Executive Director to support the organization's mission “to provide services that enable individuals with mental and physical challenges the opportunity to become active, involved members of the community.”  The Executive Director will be responsible for overall leadership, operational management, financial performance of the organization, and Accreditation. Reporting to and working closely with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, partnership building in the public and private sectors, and developing and maintaining the funding base. The ideal candidate must have successful experience in nonprofit management, strategic planning, Board development, team building, fundraising and a strong interest in working with our clients.
