We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to support the Community Impact Team through developing and implementing strategies to engage with nonprofits, foundations, and community collaboratives. This role will prospect, develop leads, and close new opportunities. This involves prospecting, outreach, lead nurturing, pitching, and closing sales. Our audience consists primarily of nonprofits, foundations, and community collaboratives. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about sales to join our team, consult with leads about our services, and close new deals. 

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and positive individual with a sincere passion for sales and community impact to join our team. This individual should have strong listening and communication skills, as well as the ability to learn new concepts quickly. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Manage every prospect touchpoint to ensure a positive and on-brand experience (website submissions, phone calls, emails, web presentations and in-person meetings)  
  • Facilitate discussion with nonprofits, foundations, and collaboratives to understand their needs, and collaborate with TechBridge’s SME’s to tailor compelling solutions accordingly  
  • Develop and present pitch decks and proposals that align with nonprofit, foundation, and collaborative goals  
  • Consult with inbound leads (qualify leads, develop proposals, and pitch) 
  • Launch outreach campaigns (involving emails, LinkedIn, and warm calling)
  • Schedule consultation meetings with interested leads 
  • Develop and pitch custom proposals to interested leads 
  • Close new deals 
  • Record all interactions in TechBridge’s Salesforce CRM 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in business development. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
