Senior Pastor Executive Assistant

Northside Church, a United Methodist Congregation, is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support the Senior Pastor.

The Executive Assistant position requires confidentiality, strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, the ability to manage schedules and volunteers, and the ability to be flexible with a can-do and will-do attitude to be successful in this role.

The Senior Pastor's EA will be responsible for coordinating the Senior Pastor's calendar, travel, phone calls, correspondence, and meetings. The EA is the primary point of contact for weddings. The EA is responsible for supporting Worship on Sunday Mornings by assisting with baptism families, new families joining, communion set up, Sunday morning volunteers, and altar flowers. The EA will also support staff development activities. The EA also provides support to the Associate Pastors on an as needed basis. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and detail oriented.

Experience in a United Methodist Church setting preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
