Our programs in Richmond, Hampton Roads, and Nashville are growing quickly! We’re looking to hire several reliable, thoughtful, and helpful people in each location who are interested in great part time work using their own cars, to drive people safely where they need to go.

What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Drive your own vehicle to provide door-to-door transportation to riders requiring a higher level of care.
  • Use the UZURV mobile application to communicate with UZURV personnel and navigate to specific pickup locations as directed
  • Delivering life-changing experiences to the transportation disadvantaged
  • Improving healthcare outcomes and improving quality of life in your community

Requirements

  • Four door vehicle, 2010 model year or newer
  • 21 years or older, valid driver's license
  • Working ios or Android compatible device with data plan. 
  • Complete UZURV Credentialing Requirements (including CPR / First Aid Certification)
  • Ability to show compassion and empathy while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
  • Submit to pre-screen and random Drug & Alcohol testing
  • Pass a Criminal / Motor Vehicle Record Background Screen
  • Physical ability to navigate stairs, open doors and lift 50+ lbs.

Compensation $12 per hour PLUS $0.58 per mile (typically nets $20-$25 per hour)

We are hiring for shifts within the hours of: Monday - Friday 5:00AM - 10:00PM  Saturday - Sunday 7AM - 7PM
