TechBridge is a nonprofit that arms other nonprofits on the frontline of alleviating the causes of poverty with technology that will allow them to expand the impact of their mission for the millions of men, women and children who suffer from lack of access to shelter, food, employment, education, healthcare, and financial literacy. 

We are recruiting for a Site Coordinator for our Technology Career Program (TCP). The Site Coordinator is the local area administrator who manages the day-to-day onsite operations of TCP. Working closely with the TCP Program Manager, you will ensure that program policies and procedures are followed and measured. You will also support enrollment into the program, document and record student attendance, performance, behavior, and engagement in the program.  

Key responsibilities include: 

Local Site-based Program Support (80%) 

  • Support key external relationships necessary for program success. 
  • Recruit and assess program applicants 
  • Collaborate with Program Manager to build and execute on class schedule and current class deliverables 
  • Ensures weekly success schedule for volunteers for aspects of the programs as needed  
  • Ensures delivery to contract for program facilitators 
  • Document student attendance, certification test results, job placement, success coach activities, etc. 
  • Implement site program policies and procedures 
  • Support events such as kickoff, ending presentation and graduation  
  • Order all materials for the class including but not limited to laptops, food, binders, documents etc. 
  • Facilitate cohort communication through Slack and Google Classroom 
  • Schedule and procure each student’s certification exams. 
  • Organize site programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Technology Career Program. 
  • Coordinate with TCP graduates for media and organizational requests. 
  • Keep track of TCP marketing and logistics materials. 
  • Supports the team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. 
  • Assist with marketing TCP at career fairs, organization fairs, and special events. 
  • Attends weekly status call meetings to share program/student updates 
  • Troubleshoot student issues with laptops, software, or exams. 

Data/Reporting (20%) 

  • Collect, report, and analyze student data on attendance, tardiness, conduct, and academic performance 
  • Share outcomes and collaborate with Program Manager for program success 
  • Support the implementation of program management software for program data collection, analysis, and sharing. 

Qualifications: High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; College degree desirable. 1-3 years of experience as a community, school, or program coordinator. Microsoft Office knowledge including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Organization and time management. Ability to manage program timelines and meeting schedules.  
  • Integrity. A trusted source for students, instructors, and other stakeholders. Able to build and sustain successful relationships.
