Join ArtsBridge Foundation, the nonprofit education outreach arm of the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, as our Development & Marketing Coordinator! We get to positively impact the lives of over 30,000 K-12 students and educators every year via our arts education and community engagement programming. In fact, since 2007, our Foundation has served over 380,000 students and educators from 67 Georgia counties, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. From school field trips to professional development opportunities to the Shuler Awards (winner of two Emmy® Awards!), the work you do can help us to achieve our mission and vision of expanding our programs and ensuring everyone has access to the arts.

As our Development & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Executive Director’s fundraising efforts by providing research and grant writing support; managing the donor database and donation activity including the processing of charitable gifts, creating donor reports, managing the ArtsBridge website and online donation activity; managing marketing and public relations efforts for programs and special events; supporting fundraising events including invitation mailings, managing rsvps, creating/coordinating events and event collateral material. Donor and Sponsorship Activities:

1.            Research new sources for grants, foundation support, programs and resources to enhance and contribute to the success of the foundation and its endeavors.

2.            Assist in grant writing process including writing and research.

3.            Assist in identifying potential corporate, business, individual donors/sponsors for ArtsBridge programs and events. Prepare prospect packages.

4.            Maintain up-to-date database information through Archtics and Network for Good database on donations, donors, and fulfillment activities, working closely with Executive Director and Director of Finance.

5.            Process all charitable gift payments and acknowledgment letters.

6.            Provide regular reporting on all donor activity to Executive Director.

7.            Assist with the preparation and delivery of all donor, patron, and potential donor correspondence.

8.            Provide support in creating collateral material for donor activities including donor luncheons, annual fundraising events, etc.

9.            Coordinate and assist in the execution of all donor events including set-up, registration, décor, etc.

10.          Record and track donor and sponsorship activities and correspondence.

11.          Assist the Executive Director with the fulfillment and tracking of all donor benefits.

12.          Maintain the confidentiality of all donor, sponsorship, financial, personnel, payroll and other business-related information.

13.          Update and maintain ArtsBridge donor and sponsorship information on website.

Marketing/Public Relations:

1.            Maintain ArtsBridge website and ensure all content is up-to-date and accurate.

2.            Maintain up-to-date mailing lists of all customers.

3.            Maintain up-to-date donor/prospect mailing lists.

4.            Design and update marketing materials and digital media, including email campaigns, quarterly newsletter, brochures, signage, billboards, etc.
