Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager of Digital Marketing
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating, executing, and evaluating email communications and for monitoring and updating the MJCCA’s websites. An integral member of the Marketing team, this position requires an organized, deadline-driven critical thinker with attention to detail, who embraces new technologies and is able to collaborate effectively across all departments.
Essential Functions:
- Effective and timely implementation of e-marketing strategies
- Manage the scheduling, creation, distribution, and evaluation of external email communications
- Monitor analytics related to email campaigns, provide team members with relevant stats, and make necessary improvements for even greater success
- Coordinate and develop graphics for electronic use
- Ensure content across the three MJCCA websites is relevant, current, informative, and engaging, and timely
- Review and update web content
- Evaluate need for updates or changes to web site structure and/or features
- Liaison to programming staff to ensure accurate representation on their departments on sites
- Coordinate and develop graphics for electronic use
- Keep current on email marketing and website trends and emerging digital technologies, bringing best practices from both the for-profit and non-profit world
- Other duties as required by business needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing
- Intermediate Wordpress knowledge
- Strong command of HTML, CSS and an understanding of content management systems
- Intermediate knowledge of email marketing platforms – experience with Campaign Monitor and Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Intermediate Photoshop knowledge
- Comfortable with identifying and solving problems
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to take direction and work in a collaborative environment
- Tech savvy, dynamic, and creative individual able to thrive in fast paced environment
