The San Joaquin Valley Health Fund Program Officer will be based out of The Center at Sierra Health Foundation’s office in Fresno and will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and management of the San Joaquin Valley Health Fund program.
The Program Officer will support San Joaquin Valley Health Fund community partners to build their capacity for policy and systems change and advance policy priorities.
The Program Officer will coordinate hub functions, monitor community partners’ grant activities, facilitate learning, communications and networking opportunities among community partners, and leverage and strengthen relationships with community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, public sector institutions and agencies, community leaders, and other funders to advance health, well-being and equity in the San Joaquin Valley region consistent with San Joaquin Valley Health Fund goals.
