Position: Administrative Assistant - Operations
Reports To: Director of Operations

Job Functions:
- Organize and maintain record keeping systems, supplies, calendar, schedules, files, etc.
- Act as liaison between maintenance department and external vendors.
- Perform record keeping and general and program specific clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, etc.) for the purpose of supporting the maintenance department with necessary materials.
- Prepare a variety of written materials for the purpose of documenting projects and activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information.
- Process documents and materials for the purpose of disseminating information in compliance with program, district, state and/or federal requirements.
- Other duties; as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must possess current and valid U.S. work authorization and be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Must be dependable, flexible, proactive, approachable, learn from feedback and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
Salary: $35,000.00
