Job Details

The focus of Seneca's San Francisco Wraparound Progam is to offer family centered, individualized, and culturally relevant and strength based support. Seneca works in close partnership with Social Services, Mental Health, Juvenile Probation, other service providers, and consumer organizations to provide this family-centered, strengths-based and outcome-oriented alternative to group care placements for children and youth with complex and enduring needs.

The Wraparound Supervisor manages and oversees the Spanish Bilingual Wraparound Team. This team is comprised of Spanish speaking staff including: Care Coordinators (master’s level clinician) and Support Counselors (bachelor’s degree). If the Supervisor is licensed with the BBS for two years they would provide the clinical supervision for the Master’s level staff members. If not, they partner with a clinical supervisor to provide this resource. The Supervisor provides direct support to supervisees in the field and oversees the quality and tracking of all mental health charting. The Wraparound Supervisor may also supervise other team members as needed, including Neutral Facilitators and Family Finders.

Seneca Family of Agencies is committed to providing traditionally marginalized communities a network of outstanding mental health, community based, and educational services. Celebrating diversity and creating a culture of inclusion increases creativity, innovation, problem solving, and teamwork. Seneca’s agency-wide DEI Advisory Board, Employee Resource Groups, and Language Practice Groups help our employees provide culturally and linguistically relevant services to the families we serve.
