Is This Your Dream Job? Reporting to the Director of Development, you will serve as an essential member of the Fund Development Team and provide general support for all fundraising activities. You will be working part-time (18-20 hours a week), getting paid $22 an hour. And the best part? You will get to set your own schedule!

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a High School Diploma (GD required; College Degree preferred)
  • Works efficiently and has excellent organizational skills
  • Has good verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses a superb knowledge of Windows applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Has the ability to learn new computer systems quickly and trouble shoot issues
  • Is a strong team player; possess a positive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Is flexible and has good interpersonal skills
  • Can lift 30 lbs.
  • Preferably has a driver’s license and vehicle

    How You Will Spend Your Day:
    •   Processing donations via our fundraising software (Raiser’sEdge) and loving up donors by sending heart-felt thank you letters
    •   Making sure donation records on RaisersEdge are up to date
    •   Working with your dynamic and hard-working Fund Development team to plan the next event
    •   Organizing mailings and solicitations
    •   Doing individual donor and foundation prospecting research 

    •   Supporting the long-term tracking goals of the department
