POSITION: Membership Coordinator for Suzi Bass Awards
TYPE: Part-Time, no benefits, 5 hours per week/20 – 25 hours per month with room for growth as membership grows
Reports to: Executive Director
Pay: Hourly, no benefits

Membership Coordinator – Suzi Bass Awards, Inc. is seeking a Membership Coordinator to maintain the organization's database, create and maintain communication with and oversee implementation of all Members' benefits, and assist the Executive Director and Board in the day-to-day running of the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Membership Coordinator will also have primary responsibility for maintaining QuickBooks, paying bills, preparing deposits and issuing financial reports at the behest of the Treasurer.
The Ideal Candidate will be skilled in use of QuickBooks and customer relations management (such as Donor Perfect) as well as standard Microsoft Office programs, have excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills, and be a proactive thinker and self-starter. Knowledge of theatrical companies helpful. Minimum two years employment in bookkeeping and/or communications position required.
