Position Responsibilities include:

• Planning, Coordination, Grant Management – Coordinate the comprehensive long-range plan to meet measurable goals and objectives; administer all CC4C programs and initiatives, grant applications, reporting required by federal, state and local grants and maintain all grant data and monitor budget requirements of grants. 
• Development/Marketing Communications/Public Relations – Diversify funding streams particularly for Grandparent Connection; build individual giving focus, support in an active role Taste of the Vine; create additional funding to include corporations, corporate and family foundations, and faith-based foundations.
• Administrative & Supervisory - Oversee fiscal management of CC4C at Board’s direction; ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations; supervise agency and all program staff; manage daily operations, familiarity with QuickBooks for non-profits.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about resource management, human service delivery systems, and program implementation and development
• Successful track record in fundraising and working with community organizations. Knowledge of non-profit tax requirements.
• Ability and desire to be the voice to the community for CC4C

Salary Range:  $58-$62,000 annually
