Work Hours: 1:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Schedule: 10-month employee 

Reports To: Auxiliary Programs Coordinator

Job Description: Responsible for working with students in ASAP

Essential Functions of Position

  • Attend staff training
  • Work “Late Start” Wednesday mornings 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
  • Flexibility within the workplace regarding work assignments
  • Create fun yet learning and character building activities for attendees
  • Participate in ASAP activities and assigned duties
  • Coordinate with ASAP administration regarding any student issues
  • Enforce ASAP rules so that all students have a safe and enjoyable experience
  • Create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all attendees

Position Requirements (knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):

  • At least 21 years old, have a high school degree, and at least one year of working with children
  • Ability to work as a team member and display positive behaviors
  • Ability to be flexible and resourceful
  • Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Assertiveness
  • Self-Motivated
  • Punctuality
