Role Overview: The marketing manager manages the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization and long-term marketing strategy for the company. He/she also protects the brand and oversees outputs related to marketing materials.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manages all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Develops the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinates marketing campaigns and oversees marketing calendar.
  • Develops a robust social media campaign.
  • Oversees the company’s marketing budget.
  • Creates and publishes all marketing and external communication pieces.
  • Leads public relations efforts.
  • Plans and implements promotional campaigns.
  • Manages and improves lead generation campaigns, measuring results and reporting to supervisor.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Prepares online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Oversees website content.
  • Monitors and reports on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Works closely with design agencies and other vendors/consultants to coordinate projects and manage new campaign launches.
  • Maintains effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyses potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Christ follower with strong affinity for international ministry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in similar role.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Strong creative outlook.
  • Strong social media skills.
  • Effective written and oral communicator.
  • Competence in using best-in-class marketing software.
  • Prefer skills in design.
