JOB OBJECTIVE: The IMF is looking for a qualified individual to provide support on numerous projects within the Medical Affairs Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB:

Medical Affairs Department

  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
  • Liaise with faculty for IMF’s Patient and Family Seminars
  • Produce meeting materials for seminars and other meetings
  • Manage and coordinate doctor interviews for webcasts
  • Assist in the IMF’s grant review process for the Brian D. Novis Research Grants
  • Maintain and update IMF’s rosters and lists
  • Support Chairman of the Board with patients and meeting-related duties
  • Assist in the process of administrative support to IMWG manuscripts

Miscellaneous

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Periodic domestic and international travel
  • Other duties as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively work on multiple teams and with other staff members across many time zones
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrate effective organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information
  • Exceptional computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SalesForce/LCRM optional
  • Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, self-starter
