Position Summary: 

The Marketing Associate will work with a small team in the executive office located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. The candidate will report directly to the Managing Director, and work in cooperation with a second marketing associate and 7 part-time, external/remote contractors.

Responsibilities: 

  • Qualify inbound marketing leads from website via phone conversations
  • Marketing Research: Work within HubSpot and other sources to research and compile stakeholder and target audience information for campaigns
  • Work within HubSpot to develop and track campaigns, create emails and landing pages, enter/track leads, lead reporting, maintain a list of current marketing assets in HubSpot, and make slight website modifications as needed
  • Manage contractors and interns providing prospect list generation
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly data collection of relevant marketing activities that will give insight into marketing funnel performance. Assist in analyzing the data and making recommendations to improve marketing performance.
  • Graphic design in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Research relevant news stories for weekly newsletter
  • Vet conferences to attend and exhibit
  • Support marketing efforts at conferences by providing appropriate marketing collateral
  • Work with management to determine what new marketing collateral is needed to improve marketing performance. Create, edit or oversee and direct third-party vendors (interns) in the production of these materials according to established time goals. Ensure that all marketing collateral is reviewed by the proper MST Services clinical representative and published to the relevant channel to be available for use.
  • General business development and marketing tasks

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Working knowledge of current Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics desired but not required
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, while working under tight deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge interfacing with social media sites
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal

 Credentials and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0 - 5 years’ experience. We care more about ability to perform than years of experience.
  • Must maintain a valid state driver’s license

 Special Requirements: 

  • Occasional lifting/carrying 20 pounds or more
  • Possible travel of up to 15% of work time
  • Prolonged sitting
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, talk and hear
  • Vision ability required; includes close vision. Prolonged use of PC/computer and telephone
