Summit Medical Associates seeks a part-time HR/Administrative Coordinator. We are a licensed ambulatory surgical center, providing non-surgical abortion as well as first and second trimester surgical procedures. We have provided high-quality, professional abortions services for over 40 years and are committed to creating a stigma-free, individualized experience for each of our patients.

The HR/Administrative Coordinator manages clinic office tasks related to HR, bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, digital content, and assorted projects. This person is aide to the Clinic Director, supports clinic staff, and also works independently. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, approachable, and a deep listener. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in diversity and inclusion training. QuickBooks and Excel experience are also beneficial.

This position involves primarily sedentary work, with occasional walking and standing. Candidates should have acute hearing and talking abilities; ability to extend hands and arms, type and pinch with fingers, grasp objects with fingers and palm, exert repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers; and have visual acuity to view a computer terminal for long periods of time and to prepare and analyze data and figures.

Position Hours: 20-25 hours a week, somewhat flexible with applicant's schedule, but mostly needed Monday, Thursday and Wednesday.
