The Deamer Group is currently in search of a detail-oriented Blackbaud Database Assistant. This position is a temporary position within a faith-based organization in Midtown Atlanta which supports community outreach. Qualified candidates must submit a resume for consideration. Position Summary

The Blackbaud Database Assistant will work under the direction of the Vice President, providing data entry support to ensure effective and efficient review and cleaning of information in the current system. The Blackbaud Assistant will also run reports and investigate issues while working individually and within a team to maintain the integrity of the information entered into the system.

A successful candidate will have previous Blackbaud experience, preferably with Blackbaud CRM. This individual must also be comfortable working in a religious organization regardless of personal faith. S/he should also display the highest ethical and professional judgment, behavior, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cleanup of records
  • Assist with customizing existing reports and data manipulation
  • Assist with verification of data loading
  • Regularly conducts daily and weekly reviews of data quality reports and resolves data issues and problems
  • Handles data quality issues by taking corrective action on data elements and records and works with department managers and individuals as need to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Blackbaud required; Blackbaud CRM Preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Must be proficient in Excel and intermediate in Word
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
