Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania is the local affiliate of the country’s leading sexual and reproductive health care advocate and provider.  Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania operates 10 health centers throughout Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. Nationwide, Planned Parenthood affiliates operate more than 600 health centers, providing medical services and sexuality education for millions of individuals (adults and teens) each year. We also work with allies worldwide to ensure that all people have the right and the means to meet their sexual and reproductive health care needs.

If you are passionate about reproductive health and the opportunity to contribute in a mission-driven environment, consider joining Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania (PPSP) as Institutional Giving Coordinator.  This is a part-time, 21 hour/week position responsible for all aspects of PPSP’s foundation, corporate, and organizational fundraising; including the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of institutional donors and prospects, with an emphasis on securing and renewing gifts of $5,000 and above.  This position is also occasionally responsible for the preparation of proposal narratives and reports relating to program specific gifts from individuals.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, three+ years’ experience with grant writing and institutional relations; outstanding writing, editing and proofreading skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize and handle multiple and overlapping deadlines, complex reporting requirements, and manage multiple gifts from single entities; ability to function independently and collaboratively while contributing to the Development Department’s goals; experience using fundraising software, preferably Salesforce; and proficiency in Microsoft Office.  Knowledge of local grant makers and leading philanthropists a plus; as is experience working within a health care environment.

We are based in center city Philadelphia.  We offer competitive salary, excellent benefits, and an opportunity to join a diverse team committed to respectful, confidential, top-quality reproductive health services.  People of color, bi-lingual, and LGBTQ+ candidates are encouraged to apply.  Email resume, cover letter, and salary requirements to Human.Resources@PPSP.org
