DUTIES
Education
- Assist Education Director in preparation of class and instructor information for course catalog and website
- Assist Education Director with teacher pay
- Coordinate course/instructor evaluations and prepare statistics
- Assist contract instructors with classroom setup, i.e., tables and equipment (must be able to lift 25 lbs)
- Prepare catalog mailing lists
- Prepare classrooms schedule and distribute
Registration
- Enter registrations and process payments
- Assist students with questions and online registration
- Answer telephone, check general telephone mailbox and return calls
- Assist walk-in registrants
- Balance daily business
- Prepare account breakdown and reconciliation of daily income
Technology
- Liaison for registration system maintenance and management
- Upgrade, maintenance and backup of registration system and website
- Assist IT contractors with server, computer and website issues
- Point person for staff regarding system issues
Schedule - One Saturday per month 9 a.m. to noon
- One evening per week 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Other days 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
