Social Enterprise @ Goizueta is seeking to hire a Global Partnerships Associate for the Entrepreneurship Database Program (EDP).
The Entrepreneurship Database Program has collected and analyzed data from thousands of early-stage entrepreneurs that applied to more than 200 accelerator programs around the world. The EDP is using these data to produce sector reports, support academic research, and work through accelerator partners to improve the efficacy of accelerator programs. The EDP is housed within Social Enterprise @ Goizueta and is a proud partner of the Global Accelerator Learning Initiative (GALI) - a collaboration between the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) and Emory University.

Job Description:
The Global Partnerships Associate will work directly with the Global Partnerships Manager and Program Director to maintain and coordinate the collection of data from accelerator partners across the world, and develop and deliver tools to support these partners’ data collection and impact evaluation efforts.
This is a full-time temporary grant funded position for a period of 12 months with benefits and the experience can be used to accelerate entry into the next stage of your career.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Support week-to-week interactions with existing partners, ensuring that their application processes efficiently and effectively produce data
* Ensuring partner compliance with data collection requirements
* Implement annual follow-up survey process with research participants
* Manage communication, scheduling and record keeping for accelerator partner meetings
* Track status of partner accounts on a timely basis by accurately entering required internal CRM data
* Work with Global Partnerships Manager to develop quarterly forecasts for data collection by country/region
* Develop and execute individual and collaborative team plans to meet these forecasts
* Assist with the execution of special projects; e.g., reports, website development, communications, process upgrades, workshops etc.
* Prepare and update materials that support program marketing efforts
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree
* 2 years of related experience or 1 year full time internship within related field that qualify toward 2 years of experience
* Previous experience and familiarization with entrepreneurship, acceleration, social enterprise or impact investing communities and concepts are preferred.
* Comfortable interacting with and influencing people at all levels of an organization
* Ability to build relationships and foster an environment of trust at all levels of the organization.
* Self-motivated, ability to work independently and to take initiative
* A basic understanding of one or more of the following foreign languages would be viewed favorably: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia, or Russian.
