We are looking to add an Intake Coordinator to our team in Residential Services. The Intake Coordinator would be in charge of making connections with different counties and keeping them updated with our openings within the Residential Program. Once we get referrals in, the Intake Coordinator would then screen if they were appropriate for our facilities, including interviews and help transition them into the group homes.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university required
Must be LCSW, LMFT, AMFT, ASW with BBS, certified Alcohol and other drugs counselor, or registered to obtain such certification upon hire
NPI registered upon hire
At least one year clinical and/or substance abuse experience with adolescents preferred, and experience in case management preferred
Clean DMV record, with no more than one point if under 25 years of age, or no more than two points if over 25 years of age
Current certification in 1st Aid/CPR training (within one month of employment)
Negative TB test
Good physical health (provide proof via physical exam)
Visual acuity and adequate hearing for the performance of job duties
Preparation of detailed records or reports
Work as a member of a team
Work under pressure
Work on several tasks at the same time
Inspect, examine and observe
Access to a reliable and insured vehicle
Ability to do essential duties
Count, make simple arithmetic additions and subtractions; and maintain financial records
Maintain strict confidentiality
