Technology Association of Georgia is looking for an individual able to understand the needs of our members and deliver quality, member-first customer service. This person must have strong multi-tasking and time management skills and the ability to work independently, as well as with a team. The candidate must show a willingness to learn new systems, solve problems and anticipate needs. Excellent writing and verbal skills to communicate details and value of membership of our organization are also important.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development Team Support
    • Providing customer service for all members
    • Invoicing and Reporting
    • Collections and Follow-up
    • Maintaining and updating member records
    • Maintaining marketing collateral
    • General event support
  • Individual Membership
    • Sales and Retention
    • Invoicing and Reporting
    • Marketing and Promotion
  • Office Administration
    • Fielding member questions via phone and email (including but not limited to: event registration, invoicing/payment, receipts, etc.)
    • Preparing membership communications
    • Preparing materials for orientations and meetings for members and prospects
