- Work 40 hours per week based in the Atlanta, Georgia Chick-fil-A Support Center, including necessary travel throughout the state and region homes.
- In that 40 hour workweek, be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings.
- Maintains continuing education requirements to maintain professional license and ensure the latest research and practices are being applied in clinical care counseling at WinShape Homes.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling as directed to WinShape children and parents. Will spend, as able, an average of 25 hours or more per week providing direct service time in counseling sessions with clients (not including travel and documentation).
- Follow WinShape Homes’ written protocols for the delivery of clinical care counseling services.
- Participate in clinical consultation with professionals who collaborate with WinShape Homes in the care/wellbeing of the children.
- Keep clinically professional documentation and maintain confidentiality of all clients.
- Maintain HIPAA (1996) compliance standards.
- Turn in quarterly chart audits for clinical metrics being measured by WinShape Homes.
- Conduct an updated clinical psychosocial assessment on each child that comes into care for WinShape Homes before starting counseling services.
- Document clinical diagnostic impressions for each child receiving counseling services.
- Create and implement a documented clinical treatment plan for each child receiving counseling services.
- Participant in bi-monthly treatment team meetings lead by Clinical Director.
- Participate in case consultations with Intake staff, HSPs, Case Managers, and House Parents as determined on specific child issues in care.
- Keep counseling skills and state license current to appropriate clinical and educational standards.
- Provide intensive session(s) when needed for WinShape Homes children across the states where Homes are located.
- Attend WSH Clinical Care staff meetings.
- Attend House Parent and Relief Parent day trainings, and participate in psychoeducational training if needed.
- Attend WinShape Foundation ONE Conference, Fall Rally, and other events as determined.
- Will attend and participate in all staff retreats for WinShape Homes.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
