Job Title – Office Coordinator (Part Time)
Reports To: Office Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Direct Reports: none Financial Target: NA
Key Purpose of the Role:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the company to include greeting GCAPPs guests via phone and in person. Under limited supervision this position will work in collaboration with the Office Manager to ensure that all administrative needs are complete, and deadlines are met as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering, gathering and assembling data to generate reports in appropriate formats.
- Maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and supporting filing system.
- Arranging and scheduling department meetings
- Preparing meeting materials, documents, and correspondence as requested.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
- Serving as main point of contact for tenant services to ensure requests for maintenance requests, parking and building procedures are followed and addressed appropriately.
- Promoting GCAPPs culture and leads by example.
- Performs other duties as required.
Specific Day to Day Tasks:
- Coordinating routine office responsibilities to include receiving and delivering office mail, Federal Express packages. This includes ensuring office equipment is performing and ordering letterhead, business cards and shredding etc.
- Greeting GCAPP guests and answering phone calls to provide customer assistance in response to inquiries.
- Performing administrative support such as filing, scanning and copying, etc.
- Prepares, organizes and executes large mailings and deliveries.
- Supporting the contact HR Partner and CFO with executing department meetings, including securing meeting space, etc.

Experience
Essential
- Associate’s degree required
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Highly organized multitasker who works well managing competing priorities
- Works well with minimal supervision while delivering high results
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
