Clinical Director

Home of Hope Texas was established to provide a place of refuge and safety for adolescent victims of human trafficking. We exist to provide long term care, rehabilitation, and healing for victims of modern-day-slavery and sexual abuse. We are looking for a Clinical Director to oversee the overall treatment program and administer clinical services at Home of Hope.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall treatment program, including clinical responsibility for the management of the operation’s therapeutic interventions
• Provides direction and overall management of the treatment program
• Must oversee the treatment of all residents receiving treatment services
• Approves the Treatment Plan for all residents to ensure that resident’s initial needs are being met
• Provides direct clinical services to residents to include but not limited to individual, group and family therapy
• Completes written documentation of ongoing treatment of residents and progress through discharge
• Leads in-service training of Direct Care Staff
• Provide crisis intervention
• Available after hours for on-call emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Psychiatrist or Psychologist; or
• Have a masters degree in human services field from an accredited college or university and three years of experience providing treatment services for trafficking victims or children with an emotional disorder, including one year in a residential setting; or
• Be a licensed master social worker, a licensed clinical social worker, a licensed professional counselor, or a licensed marriage and family therapist, and have three years of experience providing treatment services for trafficking victims or children with an emotional disorder, including one year in a residential setting;
