In partnership with Spirit Rock leadership, the Human Resources Manager maintains existing and establishes new human resources programs and objectives in line with organizational goals and values. Manages/performs the functions of human resources including recruitment, diversity, equity and inclusion, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations. Advises management on employment laws, policies and practices. Fosters employee commitment and satisfaction through planning, managing and administering human resources programs. The Human Resources Manager also ensures that the human resource management practices (actions and communications) reflect the values of the organization.
