Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for all-star Marketing and Digital Content Creator to join our Marketing team and create powerful content to help tell our story. Working closely with the Sales, CLient Success and the Product Team, you will be the go-to person in the company to manage our online presence. You will connect with customers to learn about their experience and work collaboratively with them to help produce sales collateral that tells our clients stories and how Giveffect helps enable their mission. You'll be responsible for developing and enhancing our online brand presence through multiple online engagement channels.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES EXPERIENCE WITH SEO and ABILITY TO DESIGN BROCHURES VIA PHOTOSHOP/ADOBE. Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for the interview process.

In this role, you will:

Create and execute digital campaigns in support of Giveffect's SEO marketing strategy.

Develop and manage marketing campaigns in coordination with Marketing Department.

Write AMAZING content to tell our clients stories. This content should be SEO optimized.

Design and create beautiful pdf and digital media content for marketing efforts on our website, newsletter, Facebook and other online marketing platforms.

Monitoring new feature releases and help create content for the Sales and Client Success team.

Work cross-functionally with our sales, client success and product team to help craft Giveffect's story effectively.

Design new SEO strategy proposals for quarterly growth targets to help drive inbounds and help create more Giveffect testimonials from existing clients.

Manage our Capterra reviews and interview clients to tell their stories.

Manage our online digital ad strategy.

Technical Skills:

Solid experience with Google Analytics and experience with other analytics platforms.

Well versed in Facebook advertising and Google AdWords certified.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (past work samples required).

SEO optimized writing background.

Knowledge on managing and creating a blog.

Nonprofit software tools experience a plus*

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent writing and proofreading skills (samples required).

Proven record of running successful digital campaigns.

Experience creating compelling social media content.

Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills, ability to independently manage priorities.

Ability to work with staff across all organizational programs.

Positive, energetic, personable, and respectful of others.

Education and Related Work Experience:

2-5 years of professional experience working in a digital campaigns or publishing.

(Bonus) Experience working for a nonprofit, political campaign or social action campaign.
