We are looking for a Grants Administrator to join our Development Team. Hours for this position will fluctuate throughout the year from 8-25 hours a week in accordance with the grant cycle, with the highest weekly hours falling between January- May. The job duties may be performed remotely or in the Rally office located in Sandy Springs.

  • Oversee and manage the Rally for Research grants process
  • Manage the ProposalCENTRAL grants database system for applications, award decisions, reporting and communications
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the Medical Advisory Board
  • Serve as primary point of contact for co-funding nonprofit organizations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for applying researchers, grantees, and institutions
  • Manage application process and review process
  • Provide organized and timely reports to CEO, Board of Directors, and Medical Advisory Board
  • Manage and administer grant funding alongside Rally’s accountant
  • Manage grantee compliance in project and financial reporting
  • Work with the Development Team and other Rally stakeholders to ensure that they have a good understanding of the grants processes and of the currently funded research
  • Compensation based on experience: $18-$23 per hour


  • Two years or more experience in grants administration
  • Database management experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in the medical field/childhood cancers a plus
  • Strong understanding and production capabilities in all platforms within Microsoft Office 365
  • Forward thinker; problem solver; organized
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and research skills
  • An ability to work as a team, as well as independently
  • Professional demeanor
  • Eagerness to learn
  • A Bachelors degree in Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or other related field is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
