We are currently seeking a Office Administrator (Intern). This individual should not only possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the required duties but also embody the personality and spirit of a servant leader. One who is a team player and dedicated to the advancement of our mission and growth of our organization.

Office Administrator Job Duties

  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Open, record and review mail; prioritize and distribute to appropriate personnel
  • Monitors office operations; provides administrative support where needed in office
  • Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
  • Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and customer service
  • Tracks office supply inventory and facilitates supply orders
  • Assists in the preparation of expense reports and payables requests
  • Orders and maintains office supply needs.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of related work or volunteer experience
  • 2 years of college experience; preferably in a business or non-profit related field
  • Preferred: Associates Degree or Higher
