Profound Gentlemen’s vision is to retain education leaders of color who are socially and emotionally resilient and improve the communities they serve.  Storytelling is vital to Profound Gentlemen (PG) and it is embedded through the organization and with our partners. The Development Manager position plays a key role in helping PG tell its story through strategic data collection and management, grant acquisitions, donor relationships, and key events campaigns.
