Innovative Solutions for Disadvantage & Disability (ISDD) was founded in 2004 to provide services and supports for vulnerable children and families. Our primary service population are kinship families -  grandparents or other relatives who are raising non-biological children with disabilities in the Atlanta Metro Area. With an annual budget of $1,000,000 and a staff of eight full-time employees, we serve more than 600 adults and children each year. We are the largest provider of comprehensive support services for kinship families in the Atlanta Metro Area and the only agency with special expertise with families that include children with special needs ( including learning/behavioral difficulties, developmental disabilities and chronic medical conditions).
