St. John United Methodist Church, located in the North Buckhead/Sandy Springs neighborhood of Atlanta, is a friendly, welcoming church that has served this community for nearly 60 years.  We are home to The Chastain School at St. John, recognized as one of Atlanta's premiere preparatory preschools and early childhood development programs.  For over 40 years, we have been a local partner of NYO Baseball, hosting Little League play each spring and fall.  Each year, our congregation brings to life the story of the birth of Jesus at our Walk Through Bethlehem held in December.  This has become a tradition for many families, who bring their children and grandchildren year after year.  And we have provided the most beautiful Christmas trees to many Buckhead/Sandy Springs families who return each year for that perfect tree.    As followers of Jesus, we believe we are called upon to:  Love God, Love One Another, and Make Disciples for Jesus Christ.  We do this principally through three interconnected activities: Worshiping God, Connecting with each other, and Serving others.  We welcome all and invite you to join our St. John Community.
