Position Title: Client Services Coordinator – part time 20 -25 hours per week

Salary Range:  starts at $15 per hour with increase commensurate with experience

Main functions:

Client Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating client services with other team members.  The position is the main conduit through which a client enters into services and follows the client throughout their training period. 

Reports to:  

Duties:   Client/Teacher Support

  • Create the documents to begin the client file process
  • Coordinate information between contractor/grantor
  • Act as a conduit of information both verbal and written among the teachers, contractors, and other staff
  • Act as a conduit of information both verbal and written between clients and agency
  • Keep client file up to date and in compliance with contractor guidelines
  • Data Collection

Duties:  Client Services

  • Meet and greet
  • Provide information and resources
  • Mail applications
  • Primary phone contact

Duties:  General

  • Keep file room neat
  • Coordinate copier Maintenance
  • Order supplies
  • Contact person for computer issues
  • Coordinate with volunteers
  • Assist visually impaired employees as needed
  • Keep contact lists updated

Working conditions:

  • The agency is open Mon – Thurs 8:30AM – 4:30PM and Friday by appointment only.
  • This position offers flexible work days and hours.

Employment Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Secretary / Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, email, Google Drive
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with staff and clients on various levels
  • Proficient spoken and written English
  • Punctual, meticulous, accurate and reliable
  • Courteous manners with the public
  • Able to lift 20 pounds
  • Able to stand for extended periods to file
